Complete this form to be considered for the next H2H Hoops event. Submissions are reviewed and approved prior to game day. Selected players will receive confirmation VIA EMAIL ALONG WITH THE NEXT STEPS. Submitting this form does not guarantee participation.

Important: H2H Hoops events are curated for competition and entertainment.

Players are strongly encouraged to submit video footage of themselves playing basketball (game clips, runs, training, or highlights). Applications without visible footage may not be considered for upcoming events.
